"Order a Print" will provide support with any issues or questions related to the app settings, products, prices, shipment, transaction failures, issues with orders, etc. You can contact them via email on support@orderaprint.com

Shipment Period:

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 9 to 12 days (faster in most cases!).

Refund Policy:

If the order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, please contact support@orderaprint.com to return it within 7days of the delivery date. They will investigate and if relevant, they will refund or replace damaged/defective items.
